| Utica University changed the online services we provide to our alumni as of summer 2025 due to a transition from Google to Microsoft platforms. Those graduating before July 2025 will retain email in the Google system for a limited time and can access it from gmail.com. Those graduating after July 2025 will retain access to their email in Outlook for a limited time. Please read the below information carefully for more details. |
The University allows alumni to access their Utica accounts for up to one year after their last class ends.
Account Access Includes:
Email Access to Microsoft Outlook online for email for one year.
Google email for those graduating before July 2025, for one year.
Microsoft Office
Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This includes files you may have stored in OneDrive. We recommend that you download files you wish to keep well before your account termination date. You can view your files online by logging into https://utica-my.sharepoint.com with your Utica username and password and download them to your computer.
Banner Web
Access to bannerweb.utica.edu for unofficial transcripts, billing, etc.
Account Access Excludes:
Library DatabasesSome services from our Library, including online access to journals and research databases are only available for active students, faculty, and staff.
Google Storage
Access to Google storage related services, like Google Drive or files shared with you on Google.
